1.    Press Kid 1 point
2.   Draw up on interior of the ankle up the kid channel
3.   Back down towards the bottom of the ankle
4.   Back to KID 1

1.    Rub around the dantian with one hand over the other moving slowly and evenly

Chest (9 times both directions)
1.    Gently rub the chest with one hand over the other

1.    Interlace fingers together
2.   Gently squeeze the muscles of the neck
3.   Bring hands over the top of the head and brush all the way down the face

Wrists (9 times both directions)
First Pass
1.    Begin with both hand palm up (1 inside of the other)
2.   As palms rotate towards your face the upper wrist rubs the wrist underneath it
3.   As the hands continue their trajectory, they switch positions
