Ongoing Qi Gong classes taught in three month blocks starting May 10th!
We begin our first 3 month Qi Gong immersive with an Introduction to Qi Gong. This class is designed to offer new students the opportunity to learn this simple, effective way to improve health, mental clarity and vitality.
Proper body alignment, breathing methods and movement will be emphasized so that students can move in space efficiently and smoothly.
Each class will introduce a variety of exercises, pulling from several different Qi Gong sets including:
- 5 Element Chi Gong
- Chi Cultivation Exercises
- Tian Gan Heavenly Stem
- Xing Yi Nei Gong
- 8 Brocades
- Shaolin Internal Cultivation Exercises
- Sinew Stretching Nei Gong
We'll also be introducing students to the incredible practice of Dao Yin (leading and guiding). These exercises alone can offer significant benefits.
The objective of this series is for each student to walk away with a clear understanding of how to properly move through space while engaging in a daily Qi Gong practice.
Knowing the principles and performing the exercises properly and consistently will provide students with a valuable practice, which they can continue to refine over a lifetime.
Our instructor, Jonathan Breshin, has dedicated many years to the practice and continues to work on creating a strong foundation for his students.
