When we don't pay attention to our bodies and breath, we become disconnected from ourselves. We set the stage for an internal environment that promotes pain, discomfort, stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation, digestive disorders, lack of energy, and disease.

Growing in the internal arts means diving further into my own headspace while enhancing my connection to the outer world. Constant movement and change define these practices, and these are the core values I have taken with me from training. It has been an evolution without a goal. It offers lessons and skills that will pay dividends throughout the course of my life.

These practices are not new.

They've been studied, researched, practiced, pulled apart and refined for thousands of years.

They're simple, convenient, fun and effective.

Whether it's an imbalance you're looking to remedy or what you've already tried hasn't worked so you're looking for something new. Something better. Something you can count on. Or something that just seems to makes sense. This is the time to go with that feeling and jump in.

One of our programs is sure to meet your needs.
