When we don't pay attention to our bodies and breath, we become disconnected from ourselves. We set the stage for an internal environment that promotes pain, discomfort, stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation, digestive disorders, lack of energy, and disease.

Growing in the internal arts means diving further into my own headspace while enhancing my connection to the outer world. Constant movement and change define these practices, and these are the core values I have taken with me from training. It has been an evolution without a goal. It offers lessons and skills that will pay dividends throughout the course of my life.
