This introductory workshop is designed to offer people who have been interested and curious about Qi Gong (or Chi Kung), the opportunity to participate in this simple, effective way to improve health, mental clarity and vitality!  

We'll begin with a brief conversation about Qi Gong/Nei Gong followed with demonstration and instruction on how to get started. Proper body alignment, breathing methods and movement will be emphasized so that students can move in space efficiently and smoothly.

Jonathan Breshin, who has been practicing Qi Gong and other internal arts for many years will be leading the class.
