In order for each class to as enjoyable, efficient and effective as possible, here are a few things to please keep in mind.
BE ON TIME:
Obviously things come up, but please try your best to arrive at least 5 minutes early. If you’re running more than 10-15 minutes behind, it will be too disruptive for the rest of the class; just come to the next one.
WHEN YOU’RE IN THE STUDIO, THE PHONES ARE OFF:
Our studio is a mindful environment, where we can stay in the moment for 50 minutes.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Loose fitting, comfortable clothes is ideal. Also, please bring an indoor pair of flat soled sneakers or comfortable shoes.
YOUR OWN SPACE:
We love sharing, but everyone needs enough room to stretch out their arms without touching the person next to them.
BE MINDFUL OF TALKING:
Our workout is designed to be a focused and personal self-exploration. If you find yourself having a lot of questions, please wait until the end of class or write them down. You’ll most likely find that in time, all of your questions will be answered by either the instructor or yourself.
GOOD, CLEAN, FUN:
If you can’t wash your lucky t-shirt, then don’t wear it.
RESPECT ABOVE ALL ELSE:
No matter where you come from or where you have been, we’re all here trying to grow together. Please keep your criticisms to yourself.
